Introduction to Proposal for Community Establishment

The Mexico Community Foundation is a charity which makes sure to encourage you in the ways where there can one enable various effective charitable giving by the individuals, foundations and other relevant companies. Vision and Mission Statement

The Mexico Community Foundation is founded with just a simple vision and that is to make a substantial difference in the lives of the people who are there for each other who are thoughtful and are made into an effective philanthropy. The main aim while founding this organisation was simply just based on the fact that the organisation will help the people in need to have charitable goals which will help them in offering tools and resources which will establish to make life easy, flexible and effective. The Mexico Community Foundation is registered and the company is governed by a broad of trustees and we have a quality accredited member which forms one of the most trusted community foundations in the network, there are other membership bodies as well which are being used under the community foundations to use it for operation.

The Mexico Community Foundation programme ranges with a range of donors who are looking forward to the aspects such as corporate, individual, foundation who can help in investing and taking this community further. The community and its foundations focus on various numerous types of grant-making programs and also comprise of numerous types of donors who are advised with the funds and the other endowment scholarships having different and varied field of interest funds. Our goal is to make and create a permanent endowment for the people living in Mexico that would benefit the citizens living there, for many more years to come. It is an estimate that in the coming years almost $50 million each year must be provided to a variety of projects and programs in that particular region.

Organisational Goals and Objectives

On the behalf of The Mexico Community Foundation, we essentially wish to announce that we will be commencing with a fund which has been given the name of ‘Funds for Donor Advisory’. FDA aims to help in making target grants which must necessarily target the grants to the local charities and also to the community organisations for social enterprise in the locations that they will choose anywhere in Mexico (Noh and Lee 2017). There are various other benefits as well, which can be generated from the Funds for Donor Advisory, some of them are as mentioned as under:

• Setting the strategy and remitting the funds, and having the ability to monitor them at any point of life with the help of an app.
• Targeting benefits generated from donations that can also benefit a particular area or areas which most of the donors can specify is in particular with the areas that they wish to get the benefit from.
• Adapting the criteria which will fit as per the changing priorities and the interests.
• Involving the residents, councillors and other stakeholders in the process.
• It will also provide you with the flexibility to benefit from the expertise which will assist in creating an independent, fair and transparent mechanism for the investment (Harrow, Jung and Philips 2016).

The main purpose of monitoring and evaluation for The Mexico Community Organisation also lies in granting the monitoring form which will be followed up with the help which creates an incomplete funded groups which will be made in such a way that it will act as the evaluation process for creating objectives, targets which will also shape the future for the making of The Mexico Community Foundation.

Core Funding and Resource Strategies

The core funding and its security is mainly responsible for ensuring the annual accounts for the long term plans which exist for the company (Bartell 2020). The vision for The Mexico Community Organisation is imperative and lies in the fact that at the start of planning and they must incorporate the sign-off mechanisms which will ensure that there is a participation under the below-mentioned strategy models:
