- After you pre book an order, the said/agreed service must be availed within 30 Calendar days of booking the order.
- Once you have submitted the relevant details and academic queries on My Assignment Services Student Portal; our student support team will duly inform the expert. You must pay the remaining amount of your order in FULL (as per the earlier, availed discount offer) in order to get the service/expert activated.

- If due to unforeseen reasons, you are not able to activate your pre-booked order within 30 calendar days of the payment made or order booked, kindly contact our student support team immediately and we will willingly extend a grace period of 7 more calendar days, for you to avail the service and enjoy the discount benefits of your pre booked order payments.
- However, if you fail to avail the services even after the 30 days + 7 days grace period, the order code will be forfeited and no Refund Requests (for whatsoever reasons) will be entertained pertaining to the said/in concern pre-booked order code/value.
